L’Associazione non ha nominato un Responsabile della Protezione dei Dati (DPO), non rientrando nei casi previsti dall’art. 37 del Regolamento UE 2016/679.
2. Tipologia di dati trattati
Attraverso il sito web vengono trattati esclusivamente:
– Dati anagrafici (nome e cognome)
– Dati di contatto (indirizzo email, numero di telefono se fornito)
– Dati contenuti nel messaggio inviato tramite modulo di contatto
– Dati tecnici di navigazione (indirizzo IP, log di sistema)
Il sito non è destinato alla raccolta di dati sanitari o categorie particolari di dati personali. Si invita l’utente a non inserire nel modulo informazioni sensibili o relative allo stato di salute.
3. Finalità del trattamento
I dati personali sono trattati esclusivamente per:

b) Fornire informazioni sulle attività dell’Associazione

– Art. 6 par. 1 lett. c GDPR (adempimento di obblighi legali)

Il trattamento avviene mediante strumenti informatici e nel rispetto dei principi di:
– liceità
– correttezza
– trasparenza
– minimizzazione dei dati
– integrità e riservatezza
Sono adottate adeguate misure di sicurezza per prevenire accessi non autorizzati o perdita dei dati.
6. Periodo di conservazione
I dati saranno conservati per il tempo strettamente necessario a rispondere alla richiesta e comunque non oltre 12 mesi, salvo obblighi di legge.
7. Comunicazione dei dati
I dati potranno essere trattati da:
– Provider hosting del sito
– Fornitori di servizi informatici
– Consulente amministrativo/fiscale (se necessario)
Tali soggetti operano quali Responsabili del trattamento ai sensi dell’art. 28 GDPR.
I dati non saranno diffusi.
8. Trasferimento dati extra UE
Il sito non utilizza strumenti di profilazione o servizi di analisi esterni.
Eventuali servizi tecnici di hosting potrebbero comportare trasferimenti extra UE nel rispetto delle garanzie previste dagli artt. 44 e ss. GDPR.

L’interessato può esercitare in qualsiasi momento i diritti previsti dagli artt. 15-22 GDPR:

The following are processed exclusively through the website:

– Contact information (email address, telephone number, if provided)
– Data contained in the message sent via the contact form
